The Reverse Recruiting Package is a 3 month minimum subscription, which functions as follows:

1st Month

• Weekly 1-hr career counseling sessions
• Engage in self-exploration to clarify interests, values, and lifestyle
• Explore ideal career/positions that align with interests, values, and lifestyle
• Research employment opportunities
  
• Create/revise resume, & get education/support on how to tailor resume for each position

2nd Month

• Weekly 1-hr career counseling sessions
• LinkedIn optimization
• Create/revise cover letter, & get education/support on how to tailor cover letter for each position
• Have job applications reviewed by career counselor (if needed)
• Apply to positions
• Record applications to job tracker

3rd Month

• Bi-weekly 2-hr career counseling sessions
• Have job applications reviewed by career counselor (if needed)
• Apply to positions & record applications to job tracker
• Interview prep
• Salary/benefit negotiation

Pricing

The Reverse Recruiting Package is worth a total of $1,800 ​

(price includes the 3 months of comprehensive reverse recruiting support).

Payment plan is available upon request, which will split the cost into 3 monthly installments of $600 per month.

After the 3 months of comprehensive reverse recruiting are complete, each additional month of reverse recruiting is $600 per month.
